Authority to manage the business

By creating an account, the user represents that they are authorized to create, claim and manage the named business presence and the content submitted for that business.

Accuracy and lawful content

The business is responsible for keeping listing details, prices, availability, claims, media and post content accurate and lawful. Content may not infringe rights, impersonate another business, mislead users, distribute malware or promote unlawful activity.

Network eligibility

Creating or publishing a record does not guarantee placement, traffic, leads, sales or distribution on every Buzzpadd-owned site. Placement depends on native account status, subscription, profession, service, location, content type, editorial fit and other network rules.

Moderation and account protection

Buzzpadd may review, correct, suspend, archive or remove records that are inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorized, technically harmful or inconsistent with the network’s operating rules. Access may be restricted when account ownership or security is disputed.

Third-party destinations

Businesses are responsible for websites, redemption terms, transactions and third-party services linked from their listings or posts.
